Pre-Paid Sessions:

Missed prepaid sessions will be forfeited & or billed a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Groupon Vouchers:

If you book a Groupon appointment and fail to show up for the service you paid for, you will not be refunded and your Groupon voucher is forfeited.

Your Health:

Health is important to us. Your temperature will be checked upon entering the spa.

Face masks are required throughout the duration of spa visit.

Scheduling:
Spa treatments and experiences are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 48 hours in advance.

Please leave enough time to get to your appointment comfortably. anticipating traffic and parking.
